(Yes, we made this website)
We help with a wide range of everyday technology issues — both big and small.

This includes computers, phones, tablets, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, printers, online accounts, backups, new device setup, and general “how do I…?” questions.

Many of our visits are for things that aren’t broken, just confusing or frustrating. If something has been bothering you, slowing you down, or making technology harder to use, it’s worth asking about.

If an issue is outside our scope, we’ll let you know upfront.
We specialize in helping people navigate today’s digital world from the comfort of their own homes.

Unlike many services that simply fix a problem and move on, we focus on education and confidence.

We take the time to explain what’s happening and make sure you’re comfortable using your devices long after we leave.

Our service is personal, patient, and transparent—no jargon, no upselling, and no pressure.
No — and we’re glad you asked.

Protecting our clients from scams is a core part of what we do. That’s why we only offer in-person visits and do not provide remote support. You deserve to know exactly who is helping you, face to face.

As a general reminder, keep these scam-prevention tips in mind:

1. If someone pressures you to act immediately over the phone, hang up.
2. Never pay in gift cards, cryptocurrency, or by sending money to someone you’ve never met in person — there are no exceptions.
3. When in doubt, check with someone you trust. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

If you’d like, we’re always happy to share more tips on staying safe online.
You can contact us by phone, text, email, or through our website.

We’ll discuss your technical needs and schedule an in-home visit.

During the visit, we can help with any number of issues, and you’re only billed for the time spent.

A summary of what we worked on can be provided upon request.

We accept all standard payment methods and can provide receipts as needed.
While we’re happy to help with a wide range of everyday technology needs, there are a few things we don’t offer:

• We don’t provide remote access support or work on devices without the client present.

• We don’t engage in illegal activities or provide guidance intended to support them, including things like internet piracy.

• We don’t work with physical security systems, such as alarm systems, door locks, or access control hardware.

• We don’t assist with the handling, access, or management of highly sensitive information, including health, legal, banking, or government-related records.

• In some cases, we may decline a service request if it falls outside our scope or isn’t a good fit for our business.
We do not offer on-site repair services in most cases.

However, speak with our technicians to learn about other options we may have available.
